Exhibitor Move-in: June 3
Show Dates and Hours:
June 4: 8:00–9:00 a.m.; 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; 4:45–6:00 p.m. with evening reception
June 5: 7:30–9:00 a.m.; 12:30–2:00 p.m.
Booth Rates:
10x10 inline booth (member/non-member): $2,100/$2,630
10x10 corner booth (member/non-member): $2,300/$2,830
Booth Reservation Process:
In an effort to open booth sales swiftly, we do not hold a space selection lottery for this show. All contract submissions must be accompanied with the minimum required 50% deposit of your total booth fees. All exhibitors will then have 45-days to submit all remaining balances. There will be an option to submit your contract right online using a major credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX, Diners Club and Discover are gladly accepted!). For those needing to pay by check, there will be an opportunity to download and submit the paper contract to email/fax to us and we can get it processed for you, in the order in which they were received.
