Welcome to the online Exhibitor Service Center (ESC)

Your one-stop-shop for all things related to the Exhibitor Showcase!

Please enter in your booth number and password (four letters followed by four numbers) found in your official exhibit confirmation email. After logging into the ESC, you will be able to:

  • Update your online profile: Attendees can search the online floor plan and retrieve your contact information. Be sure it is updated!
  • Pay your booth balance or print your receipt: All balances are due within 45 days of contract submission
  • Register your booth staff to receive name badges: Each exhibiting booth personnel must be registered for a name badge.
  • View important documents: like official vendor order forms, exhibitor rules and regulations, and other information concerning your participation.
  • Add a link for attendees: to demo your product online; and much more!
