Mobile App FAQ
Our conference app runs on iPhone, iPad, and Droid devices. You can use the ASAE Programs app to
check out the social media activity as well as set your customized session schedule. Looking for a specific exhibitor product? Browse the exhibitor list and bookmark your favorites to help you make a plan for navigating the floor. You can use the scheduling feature to save a detailed personal agenda of education sessions, lounges, and exhibitors you don't want to miss.

How do I download the app?The new event app is called ASAE Programs. You can download it by searching ASAE Programs in your phones store.
iOS- The iOS app is compatible with iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches running on an operating system of 8.0 and above. Device models older than the iPhone 4s, iPod touch 5th generation, and iPad 2 will not be able to run 8.0.
Android- The Android app is compatible with Android phones and tablets running on an operating system of 4.0.3 and above.
How do I select the 2016 Annual Meeting Event in my ASAE Events App?
If you have previously installed the ASAE Programs app for a past event, and need to
update to the Annual Meeting Event:
- Open the navigation panel and scroll to the bottom where you will see Switch Events/Logout
- Tap on "Switch Events/Logout" and select 2016 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition.
How do I find session handouts in the App?
If your content leader has provided educational materials for your sessions, you will find them listed in the specific session details in your schedule, or within the Handouts section in the navigation panel. Click your phone's share/send button to open the documents in a browser, for email or print. See a complete list of available session handouts on our handouts page.
Sessions should automatically update to Mountain time, when there’s a connection to the server. If they haven’t updated, you can manually update them by tapping your name in the navigation panel > Settings (gear icon) > Refresh App Data. There is a Refresh button at the bottom of this screen. Once you’ve refreshed the data, your times should be correct. However, if you've added appointments outside of the conference schedule, and your device is not set to sync data, those will not update.
My device is not supported. Is there another way to access App content?
Yes! Windows tablets, as well as some older devices may not support the new ASAE Programs App. You can access the App features using the Web Based App.
