As a 2021 MMCC Virtual participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the ASAE Virtual Programs Code of Conduct. Please reference the link below to review the agreement.
Virtual Programs Code of Conduct
You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the ASAE Virtual Programs Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
ASAE will fully refund program registrations fees in full with notifications submitted to ASAE Registration via e-mail at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 10 business days before the first day of the conference. Requests made in writing less than 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference starting will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.
Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date, and no later than June 1, 2021. Please submit a written request to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
By attending 2021 MMCC Virtual, you’ll earn credit hours toward certification or renewal of the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
Payment in full is required in order to process online registrations. Please email requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. If you need to pay by wire transfers or check, please download the Registration Form and return the completed form to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the ASAE Registration Department, (please add ‘ASAEservice@asaecenter.org’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Services Center: ASAEservice@asaecenter.org, or by calling 888.950.ASAE (2723).
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in recordings (both live and on-demand), photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited to the vendors, the host city, and the host CVB. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session and industry partner engagement opportunties attendance.
